Awards are lovely and the recognition they provide can open doors and help raise awareness of the work you are doing and the profession you are part of. Winning awards and being recognised requires that someone takes the time to nominate and that is such a gift from one person to another. We can all do more to recognise the hard work of others and if you take anything from this page I hope it is the inspiration to start nominating your colleagues so that they can be seen for all the great work that they are doing.
